Mental health life coaching can benefit anyone looking to improve their well-being, gain clarity, build confidence, manage life's challenges, or create positive, lasting change. Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating a life transition, working toward personal goals, or simply looking for greater balance and purpose, coaching provides the support, accountability, and practical strategies to help you move forward.
It can also be valuable for people who are struggling with their mental well-being and finding it difficult to navigate the demands of everyday life. Many people feel caught in a constant cycle of simply getting through each day, managing one crisis after another without a consistent support system to help them process challenges and develop healthier ways of coping. While coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment, it offers a supportive, structured partnership focused on building resilience, creating practical strategies, and helping you move from surviving to living with greater confidence, stability, and purpose.

The free discovery call is a 30-minute conversation designed to help us determine whether coaching is the right fit for you. During this call, you'll have the opportunity to share what's bringing you to coaching, the challenges you're currently facing, and the goals or changes you'd like to work toward. This is your space to ask questions, get to know me, and decide whether you feel comfortable moving forward.
I'll also explain what mental health life coaching is—and what it isn't—so you have a clear understanding of my role, the coaching process, and what you can expect from working together. We'll briefly review my office policies, answer any questions you may have, and discuss what the next steps would look like if you decide to continue.
My priority is helping you find the support that's right for you. If either of us feels that I'm not the best fit for your needs, I'll do my best to point you toward other resources or refer you to someone who may be a better fit.
After our call, you'll receive an email with links to your intake forms and a core values worksheet that we'll use during your first coaching session. If you decide to move forward, you can book your first full session through the website and choose the payment option that best fits your needs. Payment is required before your appointment is confirmed.

A coaching session is a collaborative conversation designed to help you gain clarity, deepen self-awareness, and move toward the goals that matter most to you. Each session is centered around your needs, your experiences, and what feels most important for you to explore in that moment.
At the beginning of each session, we'll take time to reconnect and check in on what has happened since our last conversation. We'll discuss any progress, challenges, insights, or changes you've experienced and identify what you would like to focus on during our time together.
Throughout the session, I will support you through thoughtful questions, active listening, reflection, and exploration. Rather than providing quick answers or telling you what you should do, my role is to help you uncover your own insights, recognize your strengths, and identify possibilities that align with your values and goals.
Together, we may explore areas such as:
Understanding your values, beliefs, and personal priorities
Recognizing patterns, perspectives, and behaviors that impact your choices
Building confidence and self-awareness
Navigating life transitions or important decisions
Creating meaningful goals and identifying steps toward them
Developing strategies that support personal growth and well-being
Strengthening alignment between the life you are living and the life you want to create
As we close each session, we'll reflect on what you've discovered and identify any actions, intentions, or areas of focus you would like to carry forward. The direction of each session comes from you—your goals, your insights, and your definition of meaningful progress.
Coaching is a partnership. I provide a supportive, respectful, and confidential space where you can explore, reflect, and grow, while you bring your experiences, openness, and willingness to engage in the process. Together, we create a path forward that is authentic to who you are and the life you want to build.

Working with me begins with creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying old patterns, difficult experiences, uncertainty, or the pressure to constantly keep moving forward. Coaching provides a place to slow down, reflect, and gain clarity about where you are, where you want to go, and what may be standing in the way.
Our work together is built on three foundations: Trust, Reframe, and Rebuild.
Trust: Creating a Space Where You Can Be Yourself
Meaningful change starts with feeling safe enough to be honest. In our sessions, you'll be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect—not judgment. Your experiences, challenges, strengths, and story all matter, and we'll begin by understanding where you are right now.
Together, we'll create a supportive environment where you can explore what's been weighing on you, identify what you need, and begin to understand yourself on a deeper level. Coaching is not about having all the answers before you begin; it's about having a space where you can be open, reflect, and move forward with support.
Reframe: Understanding Yourself in a New Way
The way we see ourselves and our circumstances shapes the choices we make and the possibilities we believe are available to us. Together, we'll explore your beliefs, identity, experiences, and core values to better understand what drives you and what may be keeping you stuck.
Through reflection and intentional conversation, we'll uncover patterns, challenge perspectives that no longer serve you, and create room for new possibilities. Your past does not have to dictate your future. When you begin to see yourself and your situation differently, you can begin to move forward differently.
Rebuild: Creating a Life That Aligns With Who You Are
Awareness is powerful, but lasting change comes through action. Once we have greater clarity, we'll focus on practical steps that support the life you want to create.
Together, we'll work on building intentional habits, making values-based decisions, strengthening self-awareness, and creating sustainable changes that feel authentic to you. This isn't about becoming someone else or chasing perfection—it's about reconnecting with who you are and building a future that reflects your goals, values, and vision.
A Personalized Approach, Every Step of the Way
No two people come to coaching with the same experiences or goals, which means your coaching journey will be uniquely yours. Whether you're navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, seeking greater confidence, or wanting to create meaningful change, our sessions will be tailored to meet you where you are.
Before we begin, we'll start with a free discovery call to talk about what brought you here, what you're hoping to accomplish, and whether we're the right fit. If I believe another resource or professional would better support your needs, I'll help guide you in the right direction—because my goal is always to help you find the support that's right for you.
Together, we'll create the space, clarity, and action needed to help you move toward the life you want to build.
