You Are More Than Your Hardest Chapter!
The divorce. The diagnosis. The job that ended. The loss you still can't talk about. Whatever brought you here — it's a chapter, not the whole book.
I'm Donald. I coach people who are tired of just getting through the day — people who want to stop circling the same pain and start moving toward a life they actually want again.
30 minutes. No pressure, no pitch, no homework. Just a conversation.
AACC-Certified Mental Health Life Coach · Trauma-Informed Training · Faith-Rooted, Open to Everyone
Nothing is falling apart. But something doesn’t feel right.
You keep showing up for work, your family, and your responsibilities—but inside, you're overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply exhausted.
Maybe you've been through a loss, a divorce, or a season that changed you. Maybe you're replaying the same conversations, questioning your next step, or wondering why you still feel stuck.
You don't need to have all the answers. You just know something needs to change.
If this sounds familiar, you're exactly who I built this practice to serve.
Is Coaching Right for You?
Mental health life coaching helps you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. It's not about fixing you—it's about helping you create meaningful change.
Therapy treats and supports mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on where you are today and where you want to go next.
If I believe therapy would better support your needs—or should be part of your journey—I'll tell you honestly. Your well-being always comes first.
If you're unsure whether coaching is the right next step, visit the FAQ page. It answers the questions most people have before scheduling their first conversation.
Why Me?
A coach who takes your story — and your faith — seriously.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Theology and am an IHF Certified Life Coach and AACC Certified Mental Health Life Coach, with additional training in trauma-informed care. In plain English: I've done the work to be worth your trust, and I know how to sit with hard stories without flinching.
My Christian faith is the foundation of how I see people — never beyond restoration, always worth valuing. If faith matters to you, it will be honored here. If it doesn't, it will never be pushed on you. You set the terms of your own journey.

WHAT HAPPENS ON A DISCOVERY CALL?
Start wherever you are. We’ll take it from there.
First, you tell me what’s been going on — as much or as little as feels comfortable. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we talk.
Then we’ll talk it through. I’ll ask some questions, listen, and get a better sense of what you’re experiencing and what you’re hoping might change.
From there, we’ll look at whether coaching feels like the right fit. If I think I can help, I’ll explain what working together could look like. If I think another kind of support would serve you better, I’ll tell you that, too.
The goal of the call is simply to give you a little more clarity about what you need and whether I’m the right person to help.
No pressure, no pitch, no homework. Just a conversation.
How We Move Forward Together
Trust → Reframe → Rebuild
1 · Trust
Real change begins when you feel safe enough to be honest. You'll be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect—not judgment. Your story matters, and we'll start there.
2 · Reframe
Together we'll explore how your identity, beliefs, and core values shape the way you interpret your circumstances. As your perspective shifts, new possibilities begin to emerge—not because your past changes, but because the way you move forward does.
3 · Rebuild
With clarity comes action. We'll create practical habits, intentional decisions, and sustainable next steps that reflect your values and support the life you're working toward.
The goal isn't to become someone different—it's to live more fully from the identity, values, and purpose that have been there all along.
