I believe every person has a story worth valuing.
Life has a way of leaving its mark on us. We all carry scars—some visible, many unseen. When we look at those scars, it's easy to remember the pain that caused them. But scars tell another story. They are evidence of healing. They remind us that while our experiences shape us, they don't have to define who we become.
That's the foundation of Reframe & Reset.
I believe that lasting change begins by creating a safe place where you can be heard, gain fresh perspective, and intentionally move toward the life you want to build.
The Reframe & Reset Path:
Trust → Reframe → Rebuild
Everything we do together is built around these three principles.
Trust: Real change begins when you feel safe enough to be honest. You'll be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect—not judgment. Your story matters, and we'll start there. Together, we'll create a space where you can speak openly about your experiences, challenges, and goals, knowing you'll be heard and understood. A strong coaching relationship is built on trust, and that foundation allows meaningful growth to take place.
Reframe: The way we interpret our experiences shapes how we see ourselves and the choices we believe are available to us. Together, we'll explore how your identity, beliefs, past experiences, and core values influence your perspective. As we gently challenge unhelpful patterns and uncover healthier ways of thinking, you'll begin to see new possibilities. Your past doesn't have to define your future—when your perspective shifts, so can the direction of your life.
Rebuild: Insight becomes meaningful when it's put into action. With greater clarity, we'll develop practical habits, intentional decisions, and realistic strategies that align with your values and the life you want to create. Rather than pursuing perfection, we'll focus on steady, sustainable progress—building confidence, resilience, and momentum one step at a time. The goal is lasting change that feels authentic and supports your long-term well-being.
My Approach
My Christian faith is the foundation of who I am. It shapes the way I see people, how I approach life's challenges, and my conviction that restoration and growth are always possible.
At the same time, I welcome clients from every background, belief system, and walk of life. If faith matters to you, it will be honored here. If it doesn't, it will never be pushed on you — you'll simply be met with compassion, respect, thoughtful listening, and coaching built around your goals.
Credentials and training. I hold a Bachelors of Science in Theology and am an IHF Certified Life Coach and an AACC Certified Mental Health Life Coach, with additional training in trauma-informed care. My coaching integrates evidence-informed strategies, emotional-wellness principles, and practical tools for navigating life's challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.
What coaching is — and isn't. Coaching is a partnership focused on your present and your future: perspective, decisions, habits, forward motion. It is not psychotherapy or medical care, and I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If clinical support would serve you better — or alongside coaching — I'll say so honestly and help you find it. What you share with me stays confidential, within the limits the law requires.
Who I Help
People navigating hard transitions. People who are fine on the outside and running on fumes inside. People replaying the same conversations and what-ifs, wanting to grow — in faith, relationships, direction — but unable to see the next step from where they're standing.
Together, we'll figure out where you are, get clear on where you want to go, and build a realistic path between the two — one built on trust, renewed perspective, and intentional action.
You are more than your hardest chapter. Your story is still being written.
Sometimes the greatest transformation begins with a single conversation, a new perspective, and the courage to take the next step.
Let's walk the Reframe & Reset Path together — Trust. Reframe. Rebuild.
